I am fully trained and qualified in helping clients with issues such as anxiety, stress, trauma and much more. The majority of my experience has been gained whilst working closely with vulnerable adults within local support services. I have also consulted with multi-national companies with reference to stress management as required. I provide a professional and confidential counselling and psychotherapy service to adults, couples and people over the age of 16.
In my capacity working within the Private Healthcare sector I have worked with some of the UK’s most prevalent bariatric surgeons. My first hand knowledge of Gastric Band and Gastric Bypass surgery means that I can offer empathy and true understanding to anyone thinking of having these procedures. This can be an extremely emotional and confusing time where by counselling can offer you some clarity and peace of mind, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Fees and Appointments
Individuals – £60.00 for a one hour session (this includes time to discuss and arrange further sessions)
Couples – £70.00 for a one hour session (this includes time to discuss and arrange further sessions)
Payment may be made with cash or electronic transfer at the end of each session.
I have daytime and evening appointments available Monday to Thursday.
I am able to offering face to face sessions, however, where at all possible I am encouraging sessions via telephone, video call or online.
